The Quality Control Lab is truly at the heart of our process.

Situated in a central location in our facility, the lab provides vital services throughout our integrated process - from goods received to staged and final inspections.

Our approach

With industry-best CMM and 3D Scanning, we’re able to measure and digitize parts.

From this, microscopes examine and analyse samples for microstructure analysis, weld quality and structure integrity.
